Viewing Invoices and Making Payments

If you are an Administrator for your Avantus account, you can view your company invoices and make payments in just a few easy steps.

Viewing Invoices

Once logged into the Avantus system, administrators will see the Management Reports tab:

After selecting the Management Reports tab, click the Invoices link. Displayed are your invoices, the most recent is the current month's open invoice.


Making a Payment

To make a payment on your account, select the Account tab from the menu at the top of the screen.

You will have the option to View the charges on the current month's open invoice or make a payment for accounts configured with a credit limit.

To pay a previous month's invoice, click the Pay Now link:

Payment can be made by entering the information for a Credit Card or eCheck:

Once you've entered the payment information, select Pay Now. The payment will be applied to your account.
