How to Order Verifications in Encompass
Ordering all of your verification products through Encompass is easy with Avantus. Our fully integrated products in Encompass include 4506-T Tax Return Verifications, SSNV, and Employment Verifications.
To get started, first open the borrower's 1003 loan file. From the Borrower Summary screen, choose Order Verifications from the Services menu.
Next, choose Avantus from the Verifications providers window and click Submit.
Once you've chosen Avantus from the provider window, the Avantus ordering screen will appear. Simply click on the appropriate product to start an order. You can return to this screen at any time after ordering to check the status of your order.
Check the information imported from your 1003, and fill in any remaining fields in the product order form. Note: Once entered, the email notification address will be stored; along with your UserID in each session.
Once you've completed the form, simply click the Submit button. Your order will now be processed. Remember, you can always check the status by clicking the Check Status button in the ordering screen.
